The check-in process could definitely use some polishing, especially during busy hours. it felt slower than it should have. Noise from neighboring rooms was an issue, and I could hear activities going on in adjacent spaces. The elevators were limited and often slow, which caused some annoying delays. For those in standard rooms, don’t expect a mini fridge. you'll need to upgrade your room for that added convenience. the breakfast area can get crowded, making it tough to find a spot to sit down during peak times.

great breakfast

staying at original sokos hotel tripla was a great experience. we got a superior double room on the 16th floor with a stunning view of the city and the sea. the breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. the location is perfect, just above a shopping mall and close to pasila train station, making it really convenient to explore. the bed was luxuriously comfortable, allowing us to completely unwind.

I stayed in a Standard King Room on the 16th floor with amazing views. The room was clean and comfortable, which made my stay super enjoyable. The breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. Having easy access to the Tripla Mall and train station just below the hotel made exploring Helsinki so convenient.
